I always planned on being an entrepreneur. Everyone in my family has started and run companies, so it just made sense. In my late 20s, I bought a tiny technical publishing company out of bankruptcy and committed to turning it around. 

I grew that company year after year, until 9 years later, we hit the dreaded “ceiling” and couldn’t scale any further. 

Working 80+ hours a week for stagnant growth while I had 3 small children at home was not how I wanted to live. So after giving it my all, I decided to sell the business to a larger competitor. 

Fast forward 10 years, and I am coaching business leaders and teams on culture and leadership. This is when I discovered EOS. I read Traction and realized that this was what I had been missing in my business. These were highly effective tools for growing businesses, and I saw firsthand how companies could implement these concepts and get great results.

Now I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs like me avoid having to make choices like I did – between my family and my business. You can have anything you want from your business – more time with your family, more control, more revenue, more profit.
